DEBRA KELLNER

Debra Kellner’s work has been described as poignant, haunting, deeply human, visually stunning, and intimately powerful. She began a career as a photojournalist working for magazines such as National Geographic, Paris Match, Geo, and Stern. Parallel to her career as a photographer, she became the filmmaker she is today.

Having extensively traveled, Debra has worked in places including Chile, Colombia, and Peru and has lived in the Far East, Nepal, India, and Europe for most of her adult life. Her love for traveling and working in remote locations, combined with her compassion, has guided her to direct deeply thought-provoking, evocative content that addresses the issues that affect people around the globe.
